Natasha is a mission-driven, highly experienced leader and Project Manager with expertise in leading large diverse teams, building capabilities, operations, stakeholder management, governance, and communications. Her career has expanded from healthcare to real estate and government leading complex strategic projects for a very diverse client set, ranging from large-scale non-profit programs to government organizations to corporate entities. She developed the stakeholder engagement processes; directed strategy for permitting five million square feet and next steps for multi-year design and development process at Assembly Row. She has extensive experience working with high profile CEO’s, public officials, and other senior executives, combining a straightforwardness with an acute sense of bringing people together to accomplish strategic goals. Growing up in Vermont, Natasha inherited core values including entrepreneurial spirit, relationship building, and authenticity.
